Not really a good idea. Frankly speaking the only reason why players aren't bought are because they aren't worth the price. This is a good way to phase out inefficient builds (like the traditional C with IS, ID, RB at 20 and all outside skills at 3 or less).

Might as well cap the starting price at 125k instead of keep relisting them until their starting price is 125k. That said, allowing these players to stay on the TL at low prices would probably increase the supply of players, and as a consequence, would probably bring down player prices in the long run, which isn't exactly a good thing for the game coz it'll be easier to buy a whole competitive team while staying within the stockpiling limit. Lower prices would also deter people from training, because in the end, it's much easier buying a player you want then spend seasons (it's not only time, trainer costs count as well) grooming one.

You're both right. I hadn't really thought about that - and we did have a time where FAs flooded the market and overall prices were a joke. It's still kind of disappointing that some players who are NT level players (sometimes with great skills) don't get sold for much because their salary can only be sustained by League 1 teams.... but that's not really the point in this discussion. So I guess you're right. But maybe lowering the limit to 250k would be a compromise.
