I'm training 2 27 year olds and a 22 year old, and have to sell the 22 year old now. I've been training both 27y/o since they were drafted (over 2.5 years irl), it would suck to have to drop one because of this.

Has a change of such magnitude been seriously made in the middle of a season? from bad to worse…

Between the fouls and this is penalizing the training of the young promises from the beginning to the end of their career, and I think it’s the aspect of the game that BB managers enjoy the most.

I wanna TRAIN and I'm penalized by this change, nothing more to say.
Bad implementation, you must hit the efficency not the minutes. Pls change it asap.

There has to be different levels in exhaustion for players of different ages from 27.. can't justlukp 27 year olds together with grampapas.

The answer could be randomness. Let the exhaustion to happen or not to happen by %.
The older the age the bigger the %, the lower the stamina the bigger the %, etc.
Just like injuries.

No random pls, just drop the efficency after 36 minutes and consider 40 minutes a full training. Best teams don't train at all in any case, they've just to spend more on the TL and as salaries.
