You cannot affect your opponent's rate of energy consumption. You can only choose how your players consume energy in comparison to your opponent.
This implies that higher energy consumption should lead to slightly improved performance at equal stamina rates?!

BBB: 2 (S37 S38); Top tier: 7 (S35 S36 S37 S38 S39 S41 S63); Cup: 9 (S25 S35 S36 S37 S38 S39 S40 S41 S61)

Is this 100% certain? So there is no difference in choosing a slow paced defense or fast paced defense (in influencing the opponent)?
To give an example for my point:

Oppenent plays LP and m2m.

Case 1: I play RNG and 3-2

Case 2: I play RNG and FCP

In case 2 my team looses stamina faster.
And according to your statement, FCP wil NOT Influence the stamina of my opponent, correct?

Thanks for clarification, because during my FCP experiment, this was one of the points I tried to find out.

What did your FCP experiment determine?

That I had a huge problem against slow paced offenses. And now I know why. I had the impression (which is wrong) that FCP would influence the velocity of the opponents stamina decrease. But with your input it is clear now, that there is no Influence. So on one side, my team "burned" through their stamina, on the other the guys stayed longer fit, thanks to LP. One more mystery solved
