the way it is right now doesn't make much sense to me. I have two draft Picks from this year, havent played a pro match yet and are already awful in experience. However those players from my team which have played about 20 regular season games, each week getting at least 60min are still atricous in experience.
In my opinion the gain in experience should be very quick in the beginning, later when the players already have respectable and higher it should be more difficult to gain even more experience.
In real life it is a big difference if u have played no profesional game at all or if u have played half a season in NBA.
Rookies are even much more experienced after having only played some preseason games. thats why the NBA Teams decide that their rookies play summer league. I'm not saying that rookies should gain as much experience as some veteran, however I'm saying that their is a significant difference between having no games played, instead of having 10 games played. its a significant difference if u have 10 games played or if u have played a complete season plus playoff games. unfortunately those differences are not shown in this game.
