Don't worry, buy young players, with potential, and train them. This game all what you need is patience, do not waste your money and make new players for your team.

How much are you making a week? Considering your paying salary floor salaries you should be making quite a lot. Once you have around 500 000, buy a 50k 28yr old center (it may take a little bit of looking but you'll find one). Then when you have a bit of cash (you should still be making the same amount) get a 20k SG and PF. You should now be up with the salary floor.

My reasoning for this is your PG will be fine at the moment, and you can cope with your SF not being up to standard right now.

Thanks for the replies.

Projected to make about $60k/week currently & have about $1m in cash so I could do as you suggest Ralph but was planning to spend that $$$ on my stadium which is needed also. It just seems wrong to spend that on older players who still wouldn't help win anything right now.

You are right!

Old players in your team now will destroy your idea. I said It's necessary to have a good training, Ralph had players in U21 NZ and now he has a stronger team because he did a good training plan.

You need patience in this game, you need to buy 2 or 3 18 yr players, and 3 season you'll have 3 good players. Actually I have an U21 International Player in Brazil, 3 season doing a good job, now he's the best player in my roster.

Improve your stadium should be good too, but first you need to build a training plan, so in the future you will see how better your team will be.

Now, getting out about the Buzzerbeater.

I know, I know there're a lot of people who doesn't like talking about it, but I have to ask for:

What do you expect about Auckland City FC in World Championship Clubs? Thursday will be their 1st game, 8:45AM here in Brazil, and I'm huge fan of Oceania's Football, so I must watch this game!

Hmmm, I think I have a better chance of winning my league this season than Auckland City have of winning a game. For them the prize was getting to Brazil.

You could always do a bit of both. The reason I suggested older players (28ish) is because I thought some of the current players you have would make good trainees. :)

You have 3 good Centers to start your training. The rest of young players you can sell, then, you buy older players than the trainees for the other positions.

I made it in to the NZBL with a reasonably easy finals win, I believe my opponent didn't want to promote.

Hopefully I can avoid relegation first time out, but from the looks of everything I don't think I have the squad depth to be able to achieve this. My first aim is to win at least one game, and then I will see what I can do from there.
