A drop down to Div II can be a challenge both motivationally and also managerial skill wise.

Lordy also picking up an 18yr old gem. Both with less than desirable starting skills, but with some dedication, they are marquee players for sure.

Im sure an 18yr old ATG is enough motivation Sid...

I had Lordys' PG ranked higher up until the last minute because because he was a B+ and the C was only a B so that worked out. I'll probably just pick up another trainee and concentrate on training so will probably end up back in Div 3.

Shame about the JS, but Wilson Midin, can be the next great SF. Looking forward to see Will Williams passing on the batton to Midin.
