I'd say you've got a lot of growing up to do before you even consider taking on the responsibilities of a NT position.

Leeroy - probably not necessary to have a personal dig mate.

People can vote for whoever they want, obviously. Chances are that people would vote for a more experienced coach but in saying that I think Latino, if you want to run for coach of the U21 NT mate, then go for it worst that can happen is you don't win, which leaves you exactly where you are if you don't run. And eventually if you campaign right people will put more faith in you and you will get the job one day.

Remember kiddies, this is allllll just a game and there's no reason to take things too seriously or personally.

Nah fuck it, he runs his mouth all the time especially in my direction. Half the reason I'm not running again is because of people like him.

Probably for the best then mate if you've lost the passion for it.
Hopefully someone can come in and do as good a job as you.

With great power comes great responsibility... and with great responsibility comes great scrutiny.

Good stuff Leeroy.

The hardest job in BB is running the U21. That is my opinion of it anyways.

You did a great job. Well done and I will vote for you again once when you decide to run again.

I agree, I have had six seasons of running an U21 team now and it is exhausting, I am stepping down from Bolivia and putting my African aspirations on hold for a while, hopefully work gets easier next year right? Surely it can.

What Australia needs is a very capable manager who can unite people and get them involved, probably a polarising character like manbagman would be a massive risk. Still the official thread will open any day now nd remember it is against the rules to canvass for support outside the official threads.

I just hope some people are reading this and thinking, "maybe I could put my hand up for that job".
