I am really thinking that my one million investment in merchandise store plus the weekly maintenance cost is a failure. I am not even sure anymore that the increase in merchandise covers the 15000 maintenance costs.

In my case, TV and radio made great job this season (90% attendance the hall). I had one very bad period in season (6 lost games in row) but procent of attendance is always been 89-90%

We do work on turning this former known as "Development calendar" to an "App News" section in which we will update you on every new update of the app. There are many key improvements that many managers are missing simply for not being aware of the app or what's going on with it.
Meanwhile, I thought it would be a little more funny to edit the calendar instead of leaving it as it was 4 years ago.

Maybe it's better to update the link to this specific message, otherwise users end up at the beginning of an old thread and might not know there's something at the end of the thread ;)

While you might be right about some managers being drawn to that analysis, that has the OPPOSITE effect to average folks who just want to play the game without overthinking stuff. I don't want to spend hours analyzing some formulas in a game. I wanna manage a team in broader strokes, improve players, win etc. I don't get a hardon from numbers.

And that is the reason why BB has never taken off to levels it could be. There's at least a billion of basketball fans in the world, yet not many of them use this. BB could be as popular as fantasy basketball, but it wont be if you must be some analytics wiz to win titles.

I'm all for not telling details for training, height, skill combinations etc, that's understandable, but when it comes to finances of the team, it's not great. Why would I risk a million on infrastructure and have to wait months to figure it out if I can buy a player for a million that will help my team win NOW and that will bring more ticket sales, more merch, etc.

If you made this game simpler you'd have more money to grow it, more developers would get better money etc etc. Instead making this overly cerebral is not a winning strategy. Most people don't enjoy that, and enjoyment is why we come to this game or others.
