We can afford them (48097511) (48406125)
You just have to set your priorities right.

With the exhaustion implemented in league games this season it is impossible to have a roster like yours. Especially in a country like Greece, France etc.

Let me rephrase, it is impossible to have a 200k player unless he is a NT player of your country (foreigners dont give much merchandise income). But there are 12-15 NT players, how possible is to have one of them? The easiest way is to train him of caurse, but still not easy. This is why I said it is impossible for a D.2 team to have a 200k player in a long term (over a season).

And dont forget, our teams should make some profit. How can you afford a non-homegrown NT player with a salary over 150k and still be profitable?

I get your point, but I still think it is possible to have great players in Div. II. Salary is also not the best indicator for greatness, in my opinion. I would say my 135k player is better than the 204k one.

Like I said, it's all about priorities. A manager cannot expect to have 3 200k players, get 4 scouting points per week, have the best staff possible, a lvl 3 gym, training court etc. and make 150k profit per week. That's not possible, yes, and rightfully so.

I'm not saying you expect that, I'm just not a fan of giving everyone more money. Managing your finances is part of the game and that means you might have to sacrifice one or two aspects of the game in order to being able to finance all the others.

You can be profitable, you just have to find the right way for your team: train and sell players, promotion money, cup games, BBM games, etc. Profit doesn't mean you make money every week. My team had a negative weekly income last season, but I was able to balance it out with other things. Hoping to do the same thing this season...

And since you mentioned the exhaustion of players, I cannot judge it's impact yet. We will see how that affects teams like me.

If teams at the top are profitable how will lower teams catch up?

Some teams want to be able to train 6 players, have 5 World class starters, make a profit, build a gold mine, have a beautiful wife, AND an even better looking mistress.

You guys are missing the point. The problem is that someone can spend a lot of millions on staff, gym and training court, build a world class player with a 250k and finally when he sells him, player has 0 value. And this is because teams cannot afford all available players like him, there is no demand for the best players in BB. This is just rediculuse

I'm not missing the point at all, thanks. I'm dismissing it. You pay salaries to players for what they give while they're with you. You're not guaranteed a pay day at the end off it.

The market is what it is.

So you say, it is ok for you if Salah has half value of Jota because his salary. Lets agree to disagree

Oooorrr maybe there's just too much offer !

What are you suggesting? Stop training world class players, just train average players?
