yes. makakakuha pa rin siya ng optimized training nun...

hindi lang makakakumpleto ng training yung player for example, kapag pinalaro mo sha out of the training position... like C>PF training tapos naglaro siya as SF...

tanong lang po about training

1. ang ibig sabihin ng "focus training" ay sa isang position lang diba? ex. ang training ko this week is sa PG position lang.

2. so in theory, with 3 games per training week, pwede ka makapag-focus train ng 3 players sa PG position if all of them could get 48mins. each of playing time right?

ang focus training ay ang pag-train ng isang group ng trainees ng ilang linggo sa kakaunti lang na related skills. halimbawa: para sa bigmen - train mo ng 4 na linggo sa inside defense at 4 na linggo sa inside scoring. that way mas kita mo yung pops. in the shortest time, magiging specialized yung players mo - focused kung baga. after one season, expect ang salaries ng "focused players" to increase more than non-focused player. selling price nila mas mataas rin.

An illustration: Doon sa training speed analyses thread (381.1), makikita mo yung expected time to train bago magkaroon ng pops. kapag hindi focused yung training or papalit-palit halimbawa inside defense ngayon, inside scoring next week, rebounding naman sa sunod, at shot blocking sa pang-apat na linggo malaking posibilidad na hindi ka man lang makakita ng isang pop. pero kapag apat na linggo sa inside defense for centers lang (assuming bata yung trainee at matangkad), expect dalawang pops after the 4th week sa ID. Kung ituloy mo another 4 weeks, pwede mo makita mag-pop yung secondary skills (DV, IS at SB).

Yes, exactly as what Mr. Hayop said.

ang focus training is training for one position, and it's kinda like investing... yes you get to train one position lang, pero in the long run you manage to create one star player that you could use for seasons to come... assuming that you won't sell the player.

My side, naman... is to train players by segments... not just in weeks, but with longer terms... like, pagbasehan mo na lang na susunod mo na lang gagalawin ang training scheme sa all star game na, or end of the season.

It's in my own opinion, but i'm not sure if it is proven fact, but the more you focus on one training, the more na mabilis ang development... kasi kung iisipin mo naman... hindi naman pwedeng ang strong to proficient ay kasing bilis ng pagiging wondrous to marvelous... again, this is in my own opinion, but that's what's good about the game... it's still your own way of training...

at the end of the day, you can have one-three good players... who can be the core of your team... down side lang is the high salary... but because of you are training rather than buying good players, may pera ka pang expand ng arena para masalba ang ball club mo...

Hayop's strategy is good, and i could say that mine is not bad either... it's up to you pa rin kung pano mo diskarte ang training...

kung ano naman ang ite-train mo para sa specific na player... may guide naman tayo sa help thread... isa sa mga stickies dun gawa ni GM-ReDonkulous (3944.1) but again... the pleasure is yours.

salamat mr. hayop at GM-Katcha! so tama nga din ba na maximum of 3 players per week lang ang pwede mo maifocus train to get the maximum training/pops for the players? kase diba pwede ka din mag-focus train ng maximum of 6 players if you are training two positions (ex.
