There is a team with a 23 year old PF on the NT. Her OD is strong already. Is this enough for a PF? Is high OD required for a PF?

Hmm depends on the level of competition on that league. But IMO if a PF has strong OD then that's sufficient. Not many bigmen have good JS and JR anyways.

I am starting a new policy for NT mentoring system, i.e Each One Teach One, so that there is not a lot of work load on one guy as every one is busy with their real life but can afford 1 mail per week. Cow_man is already mentoring 2 and I'll mail the most suitable player to others. I'll contact the new owner of bbstats for better control.

First part of my plan is to be in a close contact with the managers of each and every mvp+ player since the age of 18.
As my last policy of mentoring didn't went great so I shift back to our old policy i.e I need 2guys :-
#1 NT scout, who will scout all mvp+ potential players of India and paste their profile in offsite.
#2 NT mentor, who will mentor mvp potentials, as I'll mentor hall of famer and if there any atg.
There will be little bit work load, is there any body interested ?

Warning :-
After 2 seasons India will be short of Centres (not pf), If any one wants his player to be on NT without much efforts, then pick up a MVP or above from this season draftees and start pumping him.

I'm planning to buy an Indian bigman next season with high potential and train him for the NT, so I got your back on that :)
