more likely just a utopia problem, but biggest impact is for games with aussie managers as it is now under 24 hours until the game would start

Just a small tip for all - go to some other game which you can see and update your default lineup. That way you can ensure at least correct players, positions and tactics.

I have updated your info. 68 teams will promote via winning. And 60 other teams based on record. You had some missing t seems as there are 13 teams with a 22 0 record.
