I would buy him, but I train my whole team, not just PG.
Besides I need to train up a few players and sell them before buying new ones.

But the main reason I won't buy him is because I think he's lying about his age...
he was drafted in season 7, yet he claims to be 18... how can that be?? ;) (this last bit is a joke ofcourse, it's not my main reason, just wanted to point out a possible bug)
