i want to say a thing: in theese weeks there have been and still there are managers in indo that seems to not love their nation and don't respect my work, cause training a u21 player 131 minutes as zomni kirono organising a scrimmage has no sense, also cause i asked him to control game shape. seems that somebody doesn't want that this nation reach something. i ask help to the other managers, as you wewe, to help me writing to all the managers of indo that has a player on u21. if this is the trend i promise that i will expel all the players and i will loose against australia intentionaly not qualifying also for the world championship. cause here there is somebody that doesn't respect my work, cause dedicating 15 hours a week after my work is cause i believe we can do something.

Entries for 9th week are closed! We are a strong team loosing of 1 point, with against field factor and Philippines playing with more effort.

b]Monday (Week 10) U21 Prediction Contest Questions (Season 26) Three month supporter package up for grabs! (if someone want to give an offer to increase the award please tell me!!).

Rules are simple.

Anyone from any league in Indonesia is allowed to join. There will be a number of questions asked with the corresponding points for each question. If someone gets the correct answer then only he gets points. If no one gets the right answer then it does not matter if he guesses more or if he guesses less basta nearest 3 answers to the correct answer gets points.

Example correct answer is 5, and someone answers 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10 answers 4,3,2 and 6,7,8 gets points. The farther from the answer the less points he gets.

In the point differential, if you guess the wrong winner your point differential answer is automatically disqualified.

The one of the highest pointers at the end of the season wins!

I will post the questions on Friday. Deadline of entries is on Monday 15 minutes before the match. Let us all hope and pray that our U21 team will have unparalleled success this coming season! God Bless!

1. Who will win Malaysia U21 (ranked 42) or Indonesia U21 (ranked 16)? 3 points

2. How much is the point differential? exact correct answer gets 5 points. If no one gets the answer right then the next three closest answers gets 3, 2 and 1 point respectively. Wrong answer in question 1 disqualifies your answer here automatically!

3. How many Cs of Malaysia U21 team will have more than 10 Points?Indicate also who and the % on shots (two points and three points) ? Exact answer is worth 5 points each question.

4. How many Players of Indonesia U21 team have a double double?And who will be the best on offensive RBs? Who will obtain the best % on passing? Exact answer is worth 5 points each question.

Coach. I am happy to help you. You are a really good coach. I can't imagine how this nation would be if you choose to leave Indonesia U21. Here are some advice to you :

1. Bangka Barat will never be a good team for u21. I've been on this league for a while and i know some old teams pattern very well. I am not saying he is not good, but maybe he's similar like you, very busy on his daily life and have no time to set his line up.

2. This is always your weaknesses and i have always notify you on this. You always choose 18 players on the first day before tournament start. This leave you noroom to pick up spare players in case of injury or bad game shape.

3. Believe me. Australia is strong, but you are a better manager :). You will know how to fight them.

4. I notice you seldom online recently. Life is tough. Take a breather. Don't too stress. I knew last week was a disaster loss for both U21 and NT senior :(.
