(trophy) Australia wins First u21 Asian Championship! (trophy)
Australia has taken out the Asian u21 Championship in style with a 13pt win against a well managed side in Philippines. The game was a match of defenses, and realistically it was defense that won the tournament for the Aussies. Holding their opposition to just 57 points, on 27%fg was key to the teams dominance. It was also the emergence of a new star of the future.
Grand Final MVP (BB)
The grand final MVP was 20yr old Michael Bridgewater, who in only his 2nd game for the Aussie team, top scored with 14pts on 7-12 FG%. he also managed 7 boards, and importantly, blocked 3 crucial shots, while holding key player Frederic Jorrin to 7-17fg. As a 20yr old, the experience was an invaluable preparation for the season 29 world cup.

Well done to the season 28 captain, Tomas Perera, on being the season MVP in a consistent dominant performance. He is an amazingly well trained player and well done to K-romp and the Cove Convicts for giving Australia such a special player.
