PS; very dirty games tonight, 2 players injured due to their opponents spitting on them and giving them stomach virus...
@Takis I hadn't raised this but yes indeed, two players in different games having to leave and not return due to stomach flu after being fouled on a shot is quite strange

And i will complain to the league, as Preobrazhenskiy still played in the ASG the next day! He could have started an epidemic ffs

In the meantime, much respect to the reigning champ, who will most likely be in the final while fighting for a playoff spot and be competitive iin B3. Hats off!

With a 4+2 roster, one of the cheapest of the league, with the higher revenues from the arena and probably with the highest merchandising of the league. He's earning tons of cash!


I can't complain indeed I might be back @toplevel sooner then expected with the right moves... not sure though if that's what I want.
About the cup, it would be a nice extra 130k if I reach the final, but I don't think I stand a chance against either BC Tienen or the Cowboys.

Personally, based on my match against Vottem earlier this season, I see Joe also as the outspoken favourite for both or match Thursday and the eventual final of the tournament the week after. Even without Roelly, although I am quiet sure he will be back on thursday.

Well I can’t say I was delighted to see you decide throwing away Tuesday’s game against mizou even if I understand why you chose the tv game. At the end it did not pay off as you lost easily tonight (and I think you could have won on your court). So I will finish second most likely. But life makes circles and I will wait for my turn 😏

I was perfectly aware of that. But "not your best team" still has a wide array range, and may stand anywhere between "total trash" and "not the best but still a force to be reckoned with" team. Besides that, would you rather field a better team against Arlon at home or in a TV game against me ? I knew 90 % chance you would drop this game, but this was a TV game for me as well. I thought (and I still think this was the right move) that benefits outweighted the risks.

Considering I "only" won by 21 I still think this was the right thing to do. If you had fielded a total trash team this would have been a waste but in this case that wasn't so.
