The hardest job in BB is running the U21. That is my opinion of it anyways.

You did a great job. Well done and I will vote for you again once when you decide to run again.

I agree, I have had six seasons of running an U21 team now and it is exhausting, I am stepping down from Bolivia and putting my African aspirations on hold for a while, hopefully work gets easier next year right? Surely it can.

What Australia needs is a very capable manager who can unite people and get them involved, probably a polarising character like manbagman would be a massive risk. Still the official thread will open any day now nd remember it is against the rules to canvass for support outside the official threads.

I just hope some people are reading this and thinking, "maybe I could put my hand up for that job".

Iwen, Shanmag and Greeno have made training a priority and it has paid off. XBB has two in the top 20. Mickyster is doing brilliantly with Harry and could be a great recruit onto any coaching staff. Nice to see Mangocango still an exceptional trainer.
