Okay yan as Long Term Goal...

For now kelangan mag enjoy din naman tayo as New Coach sa Pag aral ng Training rotation para ma manage ang minutes ng Trainees... Familiarize sa Effective use ng Offensive and Defensive Tactics... Game Shape... at INcrease ng Arena Seats.

Si Felisimino nga. Trainee ko sana yan kaya lang meron akong HoF na draftee the year after kaya d ko na natutukan training nya. Sayang at mukhang nag edad na past his training prime but he had good stats when he was playing for my team. Good luck. :)

Yeah, I would like to thank Obi for giving player development advice when I was starting with Caesar Jesus eons ago. Now I have two 26-year olds co-captaining my team and two potential U21 prospects following a similar development formula.

I don't mind taking in a Padawan learner as long as the expectations are not that high.lol. I will make mistakes, so I hope to fail gracefully instead of planting my face on the floor.

Yeah man, I don't mind training players even if it means not making it to the PPL. Hopefully my stable produces talent worthy of consideration for both u21 and NT rosters.
