I have found us the perfect manager. He is an LA from Malaysia, He was the U-21 manager of Malaysia for 14 seasons. He said he would do it if no one local ran....

He was in my,Stunners, and Swooshes PL for about 6 seasons. A very nice guy who knows how to manage. And for me, if we can't have someone local, at least have someone in the same time zone. I think this is pretty important.

We(Japan) are looking for someone to take over the team next season. What do you think?

Sounds great. I would love to do it as I'm free (I don't even have a scouting job now). But aren't there any Japanese managers available for the job? From my point of view, it would be more beneficial in the long run if a local held the post. But I'll be available if there aren't any Japanese running, and I would love to help out anyway if a Japanese is elected.

Assuming none of the appropriate Japanese managers wish to do it, then I'd be fine with LA-.- . I have seen him post around - quality guy.

Sounds great but who is it? Is it something like LA_tefu? Have you warned him he is stepping into a potential viper's den? :P What abou the other locals, has no-one shown interest?

I have a question: when deciding the team, and dumping guys due to having 7 GS, how are you deciding who to dump? As this week there were multiple players with 7 GS.

Hey...Question for you. Does the AI take GS into effect when chosing which players to play in a BLANK?
It was strange to see Tsunami play so little after weeks of getting 18-24 minutes.

Absolutely does. I spoke to a few people about this (including our NT Manager).

I was pumped to see Asano take 16 minutes from Furusawa last night. as his OD pops(soon it will be 4 more than Furusawa's 8) and his other stats start to rise, he is going to take the load of Furusawa and maybe sometime next season he will start over Furusawa.(I hope)
