The surviving ABBL teams manage to avoid each other in the next round of the Cup.

Yes and there are quite a few player movements at the moment with Bears, Dropouts and Fish all being quite active in the last few days

With ASW officially beginning, will be interesting to see which players have made it, and which have not. Will the Big 8 dominate, or will the Great 8, be absolutely great?

Thoughts?

Big 8 should win but I wouldnt put it past the Great 8 to put some of their Tank(er)s on the court.

Given that I havent altered my lineup too many times this season, Im hoping to get a few players selected

Edit

Seems an injustice that come the relegation series, the 6th placed Great 8 team will have a HCA over the 7th placed Big 8 team despite having less wins

2nd Edit

Seagulls are definitely flying under the radar (excuse the pun)

Whilst competing in the ABBL they have managed to draft 3 young superstar players (2 x18yos & 1 x19yo) and are cruising along with the 2nd best record in the Great 8 whilst having one of the lowest salaries of all the teams

Sneider is deadly. Big 8 will win this season by a country mile.

Schneider will defensively struggle at PG as there will be no defensive switches in the Allstar game.

Williams at 24 yo is the youngest player selected which is a great achievement as he plays SF and is hardly monoskilled.

Maybe the way the teams are selected could be improved upon.

Perhaps the Manager of the top team in each conference could select the teams and also tactics with a limit of 3 players being able to be chosen from each team.

Would engage all the Managers in the community in discussion on which players shouldl be chosen and what tactics could be used

What if that manager selects three rejects to sabotage the allstar game?

not that anyone cares about the allstar game anyways.
