That could be it lol.....I find it funny though that there hasn't been many questions this season for U21 elections....like everyone already knows who the new coach is...

I'm never speaking to you again for mistaking me for a Duke fan.

I knew you were from Baltimore, however the top 3 for McGary were Duke, Mich, and Florida. That's why I asked. Hopefully you fare better in this election than Gary Williams did with the current administration there at Mary Land.

We were in his top 5. Close enough.

He won a Nat'l Championship so I'd have to win this new platinum trophy for me to surpass him.

Really that is how this works?
F@#$ you all. That is it.

Also don't let Wozz talk about rebounding. He'll talk for hours about how it's not cost effective, cap effective, effective in a game, effective with a side of butter and jam, effective with two kids and a dog. The whole works. The rest you can listen to him about religiously.

i have no idea what's going on here. i'm actually training rb on my guard and SFs this week, so i'm not sure why you think i don't like rebounding.

Question for all candidates. Lately, we have seen a lot of the best prospects in the US hit the transfer list because the owner can not afford their salary (Owens, Bland Luther, exc). A lot of people from the top leagues are not looking to train a US prospect, and the people from the top leagues in foreign countries don't always manage game shape the best. How do you plan on trying to get the best prospects to trust-worthy managers that can handle high salaries?

In the past your advice on training SF's with sub 8 potential has been to either avoid rebounding or hold it off until the end. Depending on how you want your SF to turn out, that could be good advice. I exaggerated my statement of course but I don't think I'm totally off base when I say that your not a huge advocate of rebounding. Of course that is just with SF's. I have no clue how you value rebounding comparitive to the other big man skills, on your bigs.

Honest answer? Nothing

In a perfect world I'd say that I'd nag the top teams that have disposable cash to buy American if they can. But then I'd be taking Jfarb's job. And truthfully it's hard to convince those managers to take the American player when the player that is more beneficial to their club more is foreign. They all seem to be too stubborn to listen to the merch increase they get for buying/having American.

I'm not going to sugar coat everything to give you all what you want to hear. There are few things that can be done in this regard and all of them would be very difficult to have succeed.
