I got this player when I first started the game, and only had about 3 weeks to train him when he was 18. For the remainder of the season I plan on training OD, JR, and passing. I might get one week of stamina training just because this guy's stamina is really bad considering he plays 48 minutes and I might not even be able to afford to give him a full 48 minutes during one playoff week because I might need to put in my best possible lineup.

I'm going to train JS for the entire next season though, so I expect him to at least get his JS to 13 and then he'll be a pretty good PG for a DIV level. Not sure if I'll still train him after that season or what though...

I would train pressure for 10 weeks straight. Then I would rotate between one on one and passing for the next 10 weeks.
Then I would rotate between Jump Shot and Jump Range for 10 weeks.
Goodluck.

Nice player.
I would recommend training his passing up to strong. And getting some stamina training at some stage.
His salary is going to be around 50k next season so you have to decide whether you can afford to keep training his primaries, or if you want to sell him, or if you want to keep him but train up some guard skills.
I would try and get his Jump Shot up to prolific as well.
