Had to +1 this :)

I've been telling all my friends about that, one bad player can kill your team in so many ways you just can't afford that. But, contrary to what most people think, it's not actually about having a team with perfectly good players, it's about finding the perfectly fitting players.

Now, regarding cross training, I've been training secondary skills on my players for some time now and that was a huge differential on my team, I believe the way it's being done is just really unfair to basically anybody who used to do that, as that makes our players less valuable and efficient.

My question is how does this work with team training? We have heard of players popping after free throw and stamina training but how are they being counted? If 10% of their free throw training effort is being redirected into say OD, is it going into 1 position OD, two, three or team?

my last training 1 on 1 on guards.
1 popped in 1 on 1 and 4 in JS, didn't think 1 on 1 will train JS as well.

It does. If you train 1 on 1 for forwards, you will see a pop in IS also.

The dumb Center finally understands, that the orange ball thingy needs to cross the red circle and hit the net. After adopting to that concept, he finally realizeshow Inside Scoring works.

The key to knowing your enemy is to understand his weapons.

Let me tweak it a little:

After the Dumb Center undestands how easy it is to put the leather thingy into the net thingy once you stand at the Free Throw Line alone, he opts to not let his opponents into the comfort zone that easy or at least not completely alone anymore...

Trained passing PG/SG
3 pops in passing
1 pop in driving (I'm not sure, but I think that is random)
