He'll definitely be picked up but for anyone looking for a good trainee, this guy is it. He's a sure fire U21 player (as long as he keeps training). 1 on 1 for a few more pops in DR the OD and he's good to go.

This guy is someone I would personally get, but sadly I need to train JS, so he isn't a good fit for me. Getting his OD and ID into NT range is still pretty much possible thanks to his low RB. I can foresee him as a pretty decent NT SF in the future. Plus you can go reverse patient when training him inside.
