Great pickup. I had bookmarked him for a while and wanted to bid on him but you saw you bidding already. Pretty good player needs more OD and 1on1 training. :p

Yeah he could certainly use more OD training, but given I already have 3 aussies to train he wont get it/

Im just going to have to close my eyes and think of him as a PF who has good OD, rather than a potential SF.

One on one is his lowest skill and he will eventually get some when I am ready to round off my HOFs

As for price yes I paid too much but I have to accept that in the knowledge that he is going to be a long term member of the squad

ur not worried about him hitting his soft cap? Per - allstar with good secondaries - might not be that far from capping?

I will continue to focus training on my 3 young aussie HOF whom each had a pop in OD this week

What is with everyone coasting along in this Div? I honestly can't believe how smooth Sundae's promotion went last season. He didn't even need to make any last minute buys to ensure victory, everyone was just happy to sit and watch and this season is going ahead the same.

I'll be hoping I find my way back to this Div if this keeps up!

i think ur taking away a bit from Sundae, he came into the league cashed up, with a Div II ready team, strategically played very well, had a ABBL ready arena and made some very astute purchases - hence why he is 5-1 in ABBL and still in the cup.

sure there wasnt really another team ready to make a move - or was there? Maybe Ho Addicts would have sensed the lack of a team ready to promote and pounched on the situation - Maybe hadders or Corio would have decided that it was their time. very easy to say he had an easy run, but at the same time, you make your own destiny.

This season - well i said a few nights ago that teams were just letting sleeping dogs lie - funnily enough 20 player transfers have gone through the news feed since then, so my timing was impecible.

Damn good to see VIOS back in our forum and that a few of you swallowed his controversial bait

Bit surprised in that I have spent 7 mill on players just of recent (5 mill if you take Will out of the equation), yet no one seems to think that Im taking this season serious

Actually if you go back to my 'Pants Down', you'll see that I noted very early on that Sundae had made some extremely good player transactions at the start of the season.

I'm more getting at that nobody else really bothered to challenge, everyone simply coasted along and just let the season play out as it was.

Perhaps his early moves were enough to convince those other coaches you've mentioned, to delay their title runs.

@HA - You know me mate, always one to throw a little tinder on the fire to get things going! (My forum is dead as a door nail, so got get my fix somewhere) ;-)

If anyone thought that ur purchases were worth mentioning in the context of making ur team competitive then they would have said something.
