I don't spend a dime. I would rather take the $$$ I save and see what 18yr old is out there and purchase him.

I used to not spend any money, but now, I want homegrown players due to the bump you get in merchandise sales. Now I spend money, but don't spend the points, and won't until I know I'm gonna have a top 3 pick. Then I'll spend every point and get the best player in the draft, and probably get 2 high quality, homegrown trainees

I have seen that often as well. I should have mentioned that one. Some manager save the money all completely and would rather look to purchase the 18 or 19 years that show up on the market following the draft. This strategy has 1 huge pro... In that you see what exactly you are getting and can manipulate it to fit what your current training strategy is. The Con is that even if you purchase and then train that player you dont get the same merchandise boost you would if that player was drafted by you. Some would consider that marginal but i make HUGE $ on merchandise by having Tommy & Joe both drafted and trained by me.

Well I must say i didn't expect my team to win on Saturday.. I played it as TIE and played 10 players 5 starters and 5 bench. I did guess his tactics but only as an attempt to keep the game close so that i could continue to hold the PD against the 5th, 6th place team on the Blue side. And somehow we won. Great performances from everyone led by Tommy. Also the franchise would like to say farewell and good luck to 3 sound players 1 starter and 2 bench contributors. Their sells will go a long way in continue to move this team forward.

The 1 IS would be really tough to get over, however if he was 5 ball, and 5 ball he should have been at least respectable in OD, JS, and either HD or PS... with the maybe average or mediocre in JR. or he'd have respectable RB... I mean i have done crazier training...LOL lets just say that my Boy Tommy was an 18 yr old HOF who i trained as you know... and his IS was 1... now his IS is still not even close to average. but the rest of what he brought to the table felt worth training.

My PF is shooting 0.571 from beyond the arc on the season. How ridiculous is that? I sold my best player last week, and still stomped on the two seed in the hyper competitive great 8. Amazing what can be done when your team is healthy, eh? I'm sitting on over a million in the bank making almost 90k a week while at the top of my division. Just finished a sizable stadium upgrade. My next six games should be pretty breezy unless something weird happens. Cup games are on easy mode but that should change soon.

I bet you all are STILL sleeping on my team tho! Scrubs gonna scrub.

Glad I was able to make the Rhinos rage, once again exposing a Great 8 team for the scrubs they truly are. Their best player averages 14 rebounds and 17 points on the season. I held him to 10 rebounds and a season low 7 points. OUCH.
