Why not eliminate the position based training altogether and let any player be trained in any skill every week as long as the get 48 minutes? That would be the ideal scenario I think.

How about just adding a 4th staff member who is an "assistant" coach/trainer.
And the assistant can only do team trainings. Period.

This is actually not a bad idea. It would allow easier and faster creation of more all around players. But there should be a 2/3 player cap like one user suggested. 3 player training = 100%, over that and you get 70% or whatever the ratio between 1 and 2 pos training is atm.


The idea of a 4th staff member is also interesting, it could be a personal trainer with different specialties, like shooting coach/defensive specialist/rebounding trainer etc. They would enhance the training speed of their respective skill by a small amount.

I haven't abandoned any topic,

As with a lot of discussions with BBs/EGMs and GMs this has to be taken with a pinch of salt. Having asked when you insulted me how you arrived at that conclusion I did not receive an answer.

I've also not seen a single comment from a BB/EGM/GM on the topic of the vastly increased prizemoney that will/could be given out with all these extra proportions. (2 billion dollars a season by my rough estimate.) And since this is the topic (out of control inflation is clear a fear for many) that has been most discussed, I think if BBs/EGMs/GMs are going to comment (and it really should be a BB) on anything, it should be this topic.

Maybe I am overthinking and blabbering because I had alot of coffee today.

Maybe you should drink more coffee.

The only thing I disagree with is that you said the training system is old and outdated. It was never sensible even when it was new.

The big problem is, its seen as pointless posting suggestions about changing training because the BBs don't agree there's a problem and aren't interested in changing training.
