as I said before, it's just my opinion :) I had in my team lvl 4,5,6 trainer, and i think that is a very small difference between them, maybe 1-2 weeks in a season.

in most cases your super talent will get injured once in 3-4 seasons for maybe 1-2 weeks. so if you're lucky, you spent 700k-1mio for nothing ;)

I play BB 4 season , and I had just 1 player injured, for 1 week:)
but, if my calculations are right, and with a lvl6 trainer you earn 1-2 weeks of training, let's say 1.5 weeks,in 4 season's you earn 6 weeks of training:) even if you player get injured for 2 weeks, you will remain with 4 weeks;)

Well u r really lucky. This season i got 2 key players injured, and 1 of them is my trainee. Anyway this game gives u lots of options for the success, and actually there is not a gold road to go.

quite true actually.. it's just a shame that lvl 6 trainers cost a fortune!

I believe that lvl 4 is great for casual trainers( I mean not training fot the NT) and lvl 6-7 is great for the NT trainers, beacause I believe that every NT trainer including me, would kill for those two weeks in a season especially when the trainee had got a injury or something.

Well i rate my team success much higher than to produce NT players, and i have 3 of them, with 4rth coming soon. If u want to be a farm team, and u dont care to win then u can afford to pay for 6-7 trainer...

it's not just about training. lvl 6-7 trainer coaches the game better(substitutions, time-outs...) - if you let him choose the lineup, of course
