isnt it annoying when u play your best trainee and he ends up with 47 mins

I'm with Crazyeye on this one. There is not a huge difference between 47 and 48 minutes. If your guy starts to fall to 45 minutes and you are 1 position training, then it starts to get debateable.

There are 12 players in my roster; 2 of them, trainees, only play scrimmages right now. I try to give them full training making them play the full match. It only affects to Game Shape. If you are able to make both of them play full 48 minutes it´s better for training. If you usually make them play at your league, they´d play more minutes to improve GS. Anyway, 30-36 minutes doesn´t allow a player to improve the skills quickly.

Try playing him in more than 1 game.

Why not give some advice that you would actually follow yourself?

What a worthless contribution.

Nice - I have 3 x 48+ this week and a guy who fouled out with 20secs to go so he is just 48. I know there is a drop in training for these missed seconds but to even try to correct this in a future game at the expense of someone else then getting considerably less is nothing other than GM-absurd.

what do you think the difference would be between only getting like 47 min and 30 seconds compared to 48+

is it a big or noticeable difference? would a player not experience a pop if he gets like 47.5 min but would have if he had gotten 48?

Depends what his sub level is prior to the training. No one knows the exact percentages but there would be a fairly small difference if u missed those 30 seconds. Depends how closely u track pops, if it happened every week i think u would notice the difference.

Play your trainees for more than 1 game, or be prepared to live with the loss of minutes is precisely what I follow. When it comes to training, it is advice I would give to anyone.

Sorry to pile on here, but in a one position training program, this is just a risk you have to take. The key is setting your line-up properly so that 95% of the time you get 48 minutes for your training slot.

He was just complaining that sometimes he ends up with 47 minutes for his best trainee. Sure, it is a fact of life that single position trainers have to live with. But with 47 minutes my advice would not be to play him in another game. The difference in lost training for your 3rd trainee is just not worth it.
