Yes, that is correct.

12.8 is roughly 5% more than 12.2, so presumably they'd be 5% more effective.

Thats like a half rebound. I couldnt call it a significant margin, but i got your point.

So what you are saying lets say that my 2 C's have 12 on rebs, but one is 12.2 and the other 12.8 the 2nd player will be more effective? If yes how much deference will make 0.6? Thats why i said small, but again if i am wrong give us some more to understand that.

Since the game is based on matchups, I imagine the difference you'd notice would be based more on the opponent. If the opposing C has 7 or 18 rebounding, that .6 won't make much of a difference. However, if the opposing C has 12.5 rebounding, I would think the difference *could* be relatively substantial.

Another question that i wanted to ask is that in my experience with the bb game engine that a player usually has 2 normal matches and a far weaker one each weak.To be more direct let's say i have a pg with proficient game shape that usually plays for about 20-30 (not exiting the 79 min/weak) that plays the first league match with a solid 11 and the second match almost the same let's say 10.5 and the tournament match 9.5 - 10.Usually and this is from my experience the third match he will have a lower % on almost all the stats.I'm talking about the same off/def tactics and no changes to the roster.
Is this only from the opposing team tactics/roster or is this a way for the game engine to get the reality factor meaning that no player plays well every match or am i doing something wrong.
Also how important is stamina in this question, i've player going from average to proficient and improving there results from 9, 9.5 - 10, 10.5.

The rating for individual player depends a lot on the opposition, so does game shape (if not in the same week). I am not at all surprised to see players with better stamina get better rating. Better stamina means to me that they can last longer on the court and play close to their full ability. This is probably the same reason why I have observed that players with poor stamina (3 or lower) tend to play better as a backup player (less min on the court).
