In your last line, youre asking me for an example of a match if which I used tactics to a maximum effect

Can you clearly specify what does using tactics to a maximum effect mean?

Obviously its very vague and if in that sense you mean winning a match against superior opposition,it is one which is very difficult to ascertain.
I may have played the match with the right tactics or "maximum effect" using your lines but still lose as the opposition take example the teams in MBBA have high end salary players. My team unfortunately have not reached such scales in salary terms as I did not start playing this game as early as the MBBA frontrunners.

You can't be saying if I lost the match I did not use the right tactics. Other factors have to be taken into consideration.

Spaz's question is a hard one to answer but very fitting for our potential Malaysia NT manager. And this is reciprocated by you (Phenom) as well when you mentioned it is hard to win against teams with high end salary players.

But the fact remains, in games against other countries, our teams will find it hard to contend against other countries with users more than 10 times our amount. It doesn't always mean that you will lose if you go against a better team. When we go against a better team, maybe our odds of winning are only 20%. Spaz's question is on how do we make that 20% happen. Granted miracles don't happen often but they do happen when you deploy the right tactic and that is why Spaz asked for a specific example when this was demonstrated by your team.

If the result of a game is purely dependant on the strength of the team, and you are saying that you will not be changing the roster (without looking at their stats), then quite frankly your role as an NT manager is already done.

We need a manager that can challenge the odds and make miracles happen. Show us that you are our man

Hi all, just my opinion....

First of all, it is very encouraging at least someone is interested tochallenge for being our NT manager now, LA-Phenomenal, especially as new comers, i admire ur work for ur team, strong enough to stay in MBBA now. Good work you have done, i think we all should give himmore affirmation and encouragement.

However, like what Spaz & KwaiWah said here, u need some 'record' for ur own team to show us, and i remembered last season u have one, which u did surprissed me, i.e. against my team, we played in same team enthusiasm and i have played my best squad and best tactics for my team advantage, but still lost to ur team 1 point....that time is my first time acknowledge ur team in MBBA...great job.

But 1 game is not enough, i hope u can be more open and think of some games record to show them. However, great job u have done here...keep it on!!!

As of today, Malaysia is ranked 66 out of 98 teams. As a former NT manager, I can tell you that most matches that you will play is going to be against stronger opposition. And the one or two more weaker teams in your group, will aim to beat you with CT advantage because the other teams are just too strong and we pose a good target for a surprise win. Obviously, we cannot be wasting our enthusiasm on weaker teams so now even they pose a threat. What is your game plan?

How good you are as a manager is not based on your team's salary, but how often you beat superior opposition (In this case, a team with higher team salary)? You don't even have to win the match, just let us know that you went in with a workable game plan to give yourself a decent chance of winning.


To the two NT manager candidates, LA-Phenomenal and Ahmoi, like politicians running for office, I would like to see your cases by running through a match you were in where you thought you used your lineup and tactics to obtain a favourable result. I'll try come up with an example during the weekend if I find the time just so I don't leave everyone hanging. Thanks.

P.S. - LA-Phenomenal actually came forward to make a claim for the NT job. That in itself shows confidence, and I give you two points for that.

LA-Phenomenal - if you are interested to become the NT Manager, you need first register yourself to be one of the candidates...

Phenomenal, I really would like you to take our feedback as critical feedback. Pls don't take it negatively. In fact, depending on how you answered the question, I was actually leaning towards voting for you if you answered well enough just to give fresh faces a chance to manage the Malaysia NT (But must have the credentials of course)

Doesn't reflect very well if you quit after a little criticism and comments tho if you ask me.
