Also having a 3 on 6 for FTs with a lvl 11 makes me wonder why someone would train it anymore as players with 5-6 or 7 mostly throw in more points from the FTline
This makes me repeat my point about FTskill being out of balance. Players with lower skills like 5, 6 or 7 should make a lot less FTs then they do right now, only that way a diffrence between a lvl 6 and lvl 13 will be noticeable.

I agree. In fact I think it's not very interesting to train FT over level 8. The difference on the efficience is not enough.

But there's one thing that I don't succeed to understand, why are you so angry? You play TIE, at home, against the best BBBL team. The only reason was: you wanted to lose that home game. So don't be surprise if you lose. If you had played normal, you would have won and you would be happy ;)

no I wouldn't.

win or loss doesn't realy matter. I get frustrated (not angry) by the game engine. ok, true, if you win, the game engine doesn't make so many frustrating mistakes on your part, but still I often thought my opponent would get frustrated by what I often see in games, and that just isn't the way it should be.

Indeed a 'normal' could/would have won me the game, I also could have my best PG play instead of not even taking him along and Rio Garcia, and there might have been other things I could have done to improve my winning-chances, , but that's not the point, the point isn't win or loss, it's the way HOW it is done. When I, a basketball-zero with no knowledge know it doesn't help to go for 3, because chnces are very high to miss those shots, then why can't the game know that?? To just name 1.
Remember it was I who often say: if you don't want to loose, you should not pick TIE. So no, I'm not upset about the loss at all. Just more motivated to try some different challenge, because the game engine is frustrating. ;)

Next game will also be a loss, I will play TIE again, on the road. But I just need the enthousiasm for the cup, unless I also want to loose that game. ;)

well, in the light of switching over to training a youth (if ever I find an interesting one - maybe I might end up getting a foreign one if the Belgian offer keeps being so sad-) I will release a few of my players. One will probably be Garcia de Cuetto. Although I often used him at the SG he actually is a very balanced SF. Might not look realy dangerous, but he always add his share to the games he plays. So untill you get the money for some real big star, he might help your team in the meantime...

Today, the new BoD is born.

First a new trainer was bought for just under 1M. Then Sammy, a promising youth was also aquired.

Our own draft will stay in the team and get paralell training, but it will be Sammy who will get the 100% first.

I foresee a sale of 2 players in the short future from my talented team. And 2 or 3 more for the longer future as well.

I don't need the money, as I have plenty (as always ofcourse) but it would hurt to much to see them benched and low on form because of low minutes...

Winning will not be important anymore, I'm going to build a monster !!! moehahahaaaaaa

hm, 2,5M to 3,5 M is just that little TOO crazy. especially when the BBs have said someday that the diffrence between 6 and 7 isn't that high to justify the increase in cost...

no no

This evening sammy will make his debut. It might very well kick me out of the cup, but so be it. Should I have known the timing, I might have normalled Sonics and Sum, just to try to get 2 wins to try to stay in the BBBL for 1 more season. O well, doesn't matter anymore. Let's see if we can have fun with our new challenge.

btw,

SSS missed a FT @IRL if i'm correct.

wasn't the bet that if he missed it, he'd let Popo win twice? Joe, and Sum, mind helping me remind SSS about it? i'm sure Bibou remembers that bet! (she was sitting on the floor at that point, just before we chose some teams ;)
