Yeah, the allstar guys will cap out but they should still be useful. Singletary capped out around 125k at per. allstar, and Tirado is pretty much capped at 200k.

Wow its a bad sign if you're bored of the game already. Don't we have a good post player with the last name Grubbs you could have purchased?

Are even training a Grubbs? Ray Grubbs looked like a good training Grubbs and I think he has been ignored.

Well, the 21 year olds that end up making our team is going to be based mostly on GS, espicially at guard where we are SO SO SO DEEP!
This is the list of guys under consideration still. Also, if you have a player on this list, mail me every week, every day, every hour...whatever. Just stay in contact. It would be very helpful if you guys could log in to the DB-website regularly to update your players.

YES! That is 20 (!!!) players. What any owner of these players need to take from this is that your gameshape this season is VERY VERY important! If your GS drops, there will be 4 players on the roster ready to take the playing time. I'm still not sure how many will be on the team when the Worlds open up. Somewhere between 6-10.
Bigs:
Burt Daniels
(10588523)
Bertran Waddell
(10588735)
Ramón Michaud
(10594736)
Ramón Kellogg
(10594471)
Karl Whitesides
(11493847)
Craig Fish
(10600094)
Hal Love
(10591070)
Andrea Gattoni
(10588259)
Bernie Pressley
(10594191)
Rupert Foote
(10598530)
Joel Pham
(10596238)
I want to start the season with 5 bigs on the roster and will make additional callups based on GS and injuries.

I think 10 certainly would be too much to start the season, especially if the last couple were close. Starting with 10 guards would leave just 8 spots for the rest of the season for bigs and/or any guards who develop rapidly over the course of the season.
What is going to be the main determinant for which of these 20 make the roster? Ratings a couple weeks from now? Week-to-week patterns in game shape? Performance in scrimmages?

10 is an overestimate, but wanted to leave it open. =D
GS patterns are going to be a big part, I'm going to test out some of the guys at SF to see how they do (this is espicially true of the lower salary guys). After that I need to make sure we have the guys to run different lineups, so I'll try to reduce redundancy. Off the top of my head only 3 guys are assuredly making the team from the guard list. Anglin, Waller, and Peachey.
