Lol I always plan my rosters to the point that I only have to train 2 players max because the rest would be too old to be worth training (It'll take forever to pop given their potential).

I proof that you can fully train 3 monorole. With 4, as this season, you will have suboptimal results of course, as you'll rotate trainees, and it's applicable only if you have 2 players to be refined on different skills (Scalambrieri needed JR and 1v1, Lisanti PA and OD for instance, in my team). Three can be trained at top, but of course you need to have a roster where the same training is reasonable to ALL trainees (if I have one with 8 OD and the other 15... well, it makes no sense at all): every now and then I deeply review my trainees panel to be sure that at least for one season it makes sense.
The other parameter to be kept in mind is balancing of skills to the team: I have a good pipelines where players are shifted one season each other, to at least step back one season in top player skill (selling the eldest, buying a younger but having additional cash to be reinvested). In other words, I have Lisanti-Masters-Estramin, probably Lisanti will leave (or move in SF spot, not trained because of cap - but in this case I will sell current SF), Masters will become starter, and a younger player will join. Unless... well, let me shut here

Looks like the predators are ready to pounce. Too bad I don't have enough dough or I'd be on his tail as well...

?

if u dont want train,i hope u can sell him to me.i love to hv him on my team.

i will still train him, but not key stats coz i predict ghandhi's salary gonna be freakin expensive next season..

welcome to the noble art of balancing salaries... I am very scared of what my 24 yrs old top player will become at the end of this season...

anyway, at least till primary skills are not very high (and tall man DO have impact...), you can carefully balancing skills growth in better team's interest. if you want to discuss it and don't want to put skills here, just drop a bb mail to me. May be there is a solution, may be there is not, but if not next season, the after you'll be impacted. Very often just arguing about opens the mind. if you're intereted, I am here.

Here are his stats. I welcome any idea on how to further his training next season.

Wow... you have a 6 digit player there with those stats.
He is definitely an NT player next season (But not for me to decide :p)

My advise is definitely to train up on secondary skills instead of primary skills. His primary skills are great enough as it is now. Not to mention that every increase in primary skills now will increase more burden to your team financially but only help marginally in your team performance.

He has very good potential to be a great PF with his height (His Driving is a pity though)
Increasing on Jump Shot and handling would definitely be a good place to start. So you can train on 1on1 (Forward) or Jump Shot(Wingmen).

If you choose to train on 1on1 you don't need to play offposition (You can set him as PF). 1on1 trains on DR, HN, JS, IS. But 1on1 trains IS quite fast, so you have to be prepared to increase salary by ~ $20K for every point you increase on IS next season. If you train 1on1 the whole season you should increase on IS by 2-3 points.

if you choose Jump Shot (Wingmen). I propose Wingmen (SG and SF) because it trains the most skills - JS, JR, HN, DR, IS. And IS is not trained so fast. Even if you train on Jump Shot whole season you should only increase 1-2 points of IS. But of course this will mean you will need to set your player off-position.

His FT is also a bit weak for me. I prefer at least inept. Can see his FT% is below 50% so that needs improvement.

One thing to note is that both training trains 2 positions. So you can at least train total 4 trainees. So you should look into increasing your trainees for next season. Preferably trainees who will benefit from training on JumpShot or 1on1.

Great job training him up to his current level!

if i were u,i would train his IS and REB to marvelous both.then i would go for passing and free throw.bt that is just my thought.
probably it is better if u ask the NT manager, his idea for the type of center he wants for malaysian national team maybe diffrent

(gosh! you have 4 italian players in your roster!!)

The analysis of Kwaiwah is well developed and quite deep.

Let me add a couple of comments.

1) in terms of salary, I would estimate about 130K$ next season (uneasy to say as tools are not reflecting recent adjustments)
2) the increase in salary per ID/IS pop can be estimated around 15K$ :O
3) this player can be trained on his secondaries (guards' are almost non influent on salary)

Options:
1) 1v1 for forwards: pros - you can train in PF position, player in natural PF role; cons - it increases IS so... rate is about 2-3 weeks on HN/DR (not so critical but useful) and 4-5 weeks JS/IS (not great news, one pop in IS every 2 in HN/DR on average)
2) JS for SG/SF: pros - JS every 2/3 weeks; JR/IS every 7/8 ; cons: no pops on HN/DR (as far as I remember); player forced in SF position (suitable at two conditions: first, you attack with LI; second, your opponent does NOT have a SF with high JS)

Other "creative options" are about 1v1 or JS for Guards, that would push your player on a wrong spot. You can do that only playing against poor opponents. I would discourage training on OD, unless you have a lot of patience (age+height).

Moreover, you should also consider other trainees: how will you develop them? What they need? As ground rule, I don't want to sacrifice the team to one single player - unless you'll train Guards, in this case that would be good.

Let me add that you need a lot of training on Stamina and FT's! One pop in ST is minimum (afterwards it would be nice to have), several in FT's would be relevant to your team's performance (I expect him to gain fouls).

If this player would be mine, I would consider these options, under condition that 130K$ is still affordable:
1) I want to keep him next two seasons: choose the training program to minimize IS pops the first season (JS for G/SF wherever possible, lost matches, or against bots or poor opponents) + FT/ST + 1v1 for FW only when critical. This will bring you to 150-160K end of the season (!), then push on the second season on all primaries (JS for forwards) and take your 3.5M$ stake.
2) I want to keep him one season: JS for forwards, sell at 3M$ (prices are estimated, they should be double checked with fair market value, and you know: "it depends"...)
3) you can keep all lifelong: you must jump to I series and dramatically increase incomes. And follow plan 1.

may be it can be his price.

I am not so sure as today prices are deepening for all roles. Surely I would not sell him now, but one week after the draft (in case). I am more confident on prices of 24-26 yrs players, similar skills, and probably I underestimated his value as being trainable. But to guards too I am less confident than ever about their prices (and I have a fine PG to sell next season... ).

The only way to understand the price is to go on the market and look for 5-10 days about selling price of similar players. At least, this is what I do.

About tall man, their prices look to dramatically decrease as they are a bit inflated and people is very scared about their salary. BB is a bit unbalanced against them.
