Training affection: inside skills(ID,IS,RB and SB) are poping faster if player is tall(so, taller he is, better he is)

Yes, but if you train guards RB, it's going to be slow training

the engine matches exactly each player with his counterpart from the opposite team. So your center will never take a step to the side and block the shot of a SF, let's say.

I noticed that too, and with a man-to-man defense, that seems right.
But when you play zone. I think the center would block a SF or PG that comes inside once in a while too ....no?
I don't see this happening.
Same with fouls, it is always the opposing 'same position' that makes the foul.

That makes sense. The best defensive centers don't just shut down the other center, they basically "own the paint".
