Slow tactics should be played against teams with much better offense than your defense to keep the point difference low.

Are you referring to all slow tactics? All defenses have 'speeds' as well, and it doesn't seem like a good idea to play a slow defense against a fast offense like Push the Ball. My impression is that the defense won't get set in time.

No, I'm referring to offensive tactics.

I didn't know we have slow and fast defensive tactics...

For example, from the game manual:

" 3-2 Zone: Increased perimeter defense at the expense of interior defense. Slow pace."

Does that mean 3-2 is relatively weak vs Push the Ball or RnGl?

No, I think this defense just uses less stamina. FCP for example uses most stamina, then 1-3-1 a bit less and I guess 3-2 even less.

Why don't you go read what some long-time users have to say about the offense instead of spouting off half-cocked opinions that are far from the truth.

Oh really this thread only confirms what i was saying. Patient looks for mismatches and if the defensive team is better you wont find them... and yes theyre looking for mismatches at outside. so i dont get what are you trying to say with not-so-half-cocked opinion

if you just switch the positions like this;

PG - SG - C - SG - C

now you have some mismatches there, so Patient is the better option..

Yes i know that but could you show some examples how does it work against a zone defense?
