ID is far enough behind that I'd suggest focusing on that until it's in the sme range as IS and RB. Passing needs 2-4 pops over the life of his training. DR/HA needs serious work. I'd say ID all season, except for short weeks, for which I would suggest 1v1 Forwards. With as much catching up as there is to do on ID, you might have to choose one of IS/IS/RB to focus less on (RB would be my suggestion), but only a little. Maybe leave it 2-3 pops behind the other 2. A little more JS and OD would be nice at some point.

With that 18 year old 6'6" guy I would seriously smash his OD up for the next 8 weeks and hopefully you will get it to sensational. Then if you do JR there shuld be a massive elastic effect and hopefully over the last 6 weeks of the season you could 4 JR pops. That is only 9 pops for the season, quite achievable and will leave you with a brilliant player who can become a teriffic SF or PF depending on what you want to work on next.
