hmm sarcasm, I don't appreciate it :) Here me out, if you drop going for it this season, I guarantee you could win this country's NT election, or many other countries. If you go and drop this, I win this election, you win an NT election. If you win in Lebanon NT, we could create some great relations

And i'm not interested in the NT team. What I love with U21 is training. It's the contact, relationship with managers to find the good traning plan, the best thing for the manager and the nation. Every year, it's a new challenge because half of the roaster is changing. That's what I love:)
Where i made some mistakes, it's not in finding players, it can be in player's choices for the starting 5, according to shapes, or maybe tactics. I have some regrets when I see some very small defeats, maybe I could have done something better. But it's always after the game, when we know the result, that we think about different things.

Lebanon has a high turnover rate of managers ... whoever wins this election has to make sure to talk to the new managers.. From my experience as a former Lubnan NT manager and then a manager from Lebanon, megadez has been doing a great job so far.
I wish you all the best of luck in the elections but like i said whoever wins has to interact a lot .. even if some looked uninterested, be sure they're following some of your advise.
