Id train him up as a 'bigger' SF.
So start out basically training him in PF stats. IS + ID. These will train fastest cause of his height.
Don't worry too much about SB... and passing/handling can wait a little bit.
Then once you get your PF stats up a bit, around strong, id train driving. You will get some supplimentary pops in JS from training IS + DR, so don't waste your time training JS.
If you keep training the ID + IS once they get to a 'strong' level or thereabouts, his salary might start to blow out, - actually it will be higher than this, but anyways, you get the idea.

Then in a couple of years, you will need to top up his OD and Passing.. then voila! nice SF :) welll thats what i would do anyways, other people may disagree.

He is only listed as a point guard because of the way the calculation for position works. But just ignore that listing, it doesn't mean jack.

Even though he TIE'd it, he pretty much ended up in the same position - enthusiasm and win-loss ratio - if he just played normal for both games.

But it was probably worth the gamble. Had he played another promoted team in round 2, he may have won and be 2-0 and his enthusiasm on the way back up.

I think your just so crunchable, thats why teams do it. LOL...ahhhhhhh crunchable... new word to add to the lingo....... i tell you what, ill give you the heads up, im planning on crunching you when we play later this season... okays?
and fanny? your crunched as well... . Ezy? your crunched too. Tas, Grizzies and Nascars, you're all crunched, ... Milhouse, you're crunched as well.

sorry.. too much Simpsons lately.

this is incorrect.

and even if it was correct it is NOT how you manage enthusiasm correctly.

yer sorry i didnt mean exactly, i meant roughly.

i shouldnt generalise. bad habit of mine.

insert 'roughly' or 'thereabouts' into any post of mine. oh no wait, i said 'pretty much'.... that counts! :)

if my maths is correct, his enthusiasm now will be 3-ish. and tending back to 4 by cup time, which if he plays TIE will be back to 5 come next league game.

isnt that what he said he was going to do,, TIE next two games? or has my wife poisoned my dinner with crack again?

still your thoughts on this are based on what seems to be a incorrect understanding of enthusiasm.

by next league game he will be at 5 yes - but think to your self is this a good thing ?
