4) What is your opinions on the zones(3-2,2-3, 1-3-1) and how effective they area and how much you would be willing to use them?
I like them, 3-2 especially, although I don't like 1-3-1 very much.
Just want to add something here, I use M2M a lot more then zones, although I do like to risk sometimes by playing one to try to pull off an upset.
Also, I thought I may as well play all my cards now, here are my other ideas:
Boot CampAll the potential players will be put up
on the Offsite along with their skills
(only if I have them). Eventually I will
narrow them down, and then finally I
will finalize the squad.(Of course I will have a strong temporary squad until this process is over).
Mentoring WeekTo do with the Mentoring Program, if
anybody needs help in any kind, they
can ask our mentors on the mentoring
thread that I will start up on the offsite.
The thread won’t be deleted after so
people can still look at it if they wish.
