u can also train SG with outside shooting and i'm telling u that a strong JS and strong JR will give at least 200 000$ that is if he doesn't have any other skills

Good things come to those, who have patience

1) get 3 trainees 18-19 and train intensively with a lvl 9/10 coach (dont worry about a skill drop lvl 9 is far superior to lvl 5)
#why invest in a nice house and only half fill with furniture?

2) train and sell to finance a training regime for 5-6 trainees...

If you use the early money wisely on coach and trainees and resist to go buy other players that are only marginally better (even though they may look much better believe me they aint) you will afford this easily. If you train correctly then cash in you can then take your pick of the market to improve the areas that you need to.

In fact I feel so strongly about this - this should be stickied - all other opinions are invalid....this is the only logical start for a new team.

Oh sorry thats my opinion only!

I read your opinion a few days ago when I started this game and I am following it :p

The only available coaches at the moment are level 7s. Also, does it matter how bad the player is? I just joined the game and all the great 18-19 year olds are worth 300k+. I'm on a budget of 300k at the moment. I got a level 7 trainer and I'm wondering if it matters how bad these 18-19 year olds are. I can only set up a training regime for only specific players. Do I rotate the type of training after 2 weeks (using the training thread)? Will players with a still of 1 get to 10 after a year of training?

message me the type of 18/19yo you have... i think with intensive training you should still get 10 pops a season (if not more) if you are training one position so if you have a guy with 1 resp 2 average and 2 mediocre stats they could all jump up 2 levels...

i think lvl 7 is a decent start... wait til the server gets back up... i think you will be surprised what you can get for 100k... also the draft is only 6-7 weeks away so you may get lucky and get a good trainee then as well....

overall 6-8 weeks from now you will look back and be surprised with the progress... patience in week 1-3 will be rewarded...

players with more good skill`s doesn`t matter that he don`t need them in his position, training faster. As well don`t forget players height which is very important for trainings...
