1) No opinion
2) Instead of making it four weeks why not have the value raise from 4 days to 6 days to 8 days etc, everytime you buy a player?
3) No. I'm 100% with Manon here, the zone is not broken, just the way people play it. Once we try what the BB's say works (Shotblocking, on ALL players) and it still isn't effective then I might change my mind, but not until then.
4) Yes. I hate firing all three draftees each year. Makes the draft insanely boring for the top seeded teams.
5) Sure, if they have room.
6) Yes. Prices for vets need to go up while trainee prices need to drop. Perfect solution.
Love 4,6
2 has potential
1,5 not important to me
Hate 3

I like idea six but I think is should be scaled to age... maybe make the players 25 year and younger still 10x their salary and raise the starting price 1x each year they are older than 25. This would simulate players wanting get more money then they are really worth at the end of their career. And it would get more of those older players retired.
All the zones are wonky from time to time honestly. I like to play the 1-3-1 and sometimes it works great and other times when I have a guy not built for it in a spot it completely breaks down, even if they are supposed to be in a relative protected zone in the traditional 1-3-1 in the middle and I've seen this in upper division games too. I don't know if these are 'slider' issues or game engine issues. Like possession over 24 seconds or reset of the shot clock on blocks.
I do wish the draft was a bit better too, and that 19 year olds weren't relative garbage. I'd say get rid of them, or make them better and I'd make players relatively better in higher division, I think its a little ridiculous that I can pull a trainee that better then most of the guys DI guys got.
I don;t know how easy any of that is to code but it would make the game more enjoyable in the long haul.

Second Team:
Ric Flair Drippers
Like all except 3 and 6. Reason why cause I see a lot of old players retire. And I've "sculpted" my team in S19 like that.

some peeps dont like the 4 improving draft picks
the point is each season u draft 3 guys
within a week in most seasons most r sacked
90% of the players drafted r just way too crap 2 use
gm-crazyeye said u should se the bad players trained @ the start
well @ the start every1 had allstar* unlimited potential so every1 was good
does anyone train a bbdeveloper?
does anyone train a announcer?
does anyone train a bench warmer ?
does anyone train a role player?
does anyone train a 6th man?
does anyone train a starter?
the answer is no except for the occasional new player who will do it & then discovering how much he has been tricked will probably quit the game discovering his 6th man will never ever become harden, manu or the jet
all they are is just variations of useless
sure a chunk of players in each draft should be kwame brown/hasheem thabeet but why 75%?
MVP/HoF/ATG guys hould really be more rare in my opinion but that is a different topic :P
but the basic levels of trainable guys star, allstar & perennial allstar is what most players in the draft should be
sure lots will have $2k starting salary, some will be 7" PGs, some will have atrocious OD & ID, some will foul out in 6 minutes every game so they will never be trained
most will go to teams that wont or cant train properly
so it will still be only a few guys that get trained
but if a team wants a young guy that they can actually develop into somethig reasonable they should be ale to draft 1 per season on average even with a late pick, not 1 per 10 seasons!

well @ the start every1 had allstar* unlimited potential so every1 was good
i had had a starter nearly in an U21 world cup team, not sure if he made the final cut but he was very close. see lot of good stars.
And sorry,i hear always 19 year old ain't worth to be scouted or drafted we had 22 year old trainee, to have at least some skills at the start ;) 6th men could reach a decent level, not div 1 or 2 starter but even there backup, but nobody trains them since there are so many better players out there.
Since the number of training spot don't raise, an increased quality would move the to bad to training spot higher.

the difference would be instead of having to train a random spanish player in australia, which u can do right now for peanuts a 19yo 4k superstar the week after the draft sells for $50k or less, u could actually train up ur own draft pick like every real nba team does every season but which is close to impossible in bb
