1) Stop with this spam, please.

2) Why didn't you answer to me in the other thread?

A bit of a contradiction but I will answer you yet again.

It is one thing to be incompetent and lazy, to spread LIES is much worse. I listed several things that you could be doing. How did you even know I was talking about you? I guess you just thought to yourself, "Who around here is lazy and useless, oh yeah, me."

Because if you don't see in this forum only my staff, the major NT coach and you write.. i can do 2+2. You listed only inconsistent points, nothing concrete.. and about lies.. what about your declaration about do nothing? I repeat another time, we're a growing team, next season there'LL be a stronger u21 than the one i kept

I use all my diplomacy to let you understand, if you can't, you should reconsider about who is incompetent band lazy (another offence from you, next time maybe some GM can read your posts).

Today we faced the best team in Africa at the moment - Egypt. I knew it would be very difficult and the fact that the tournament takes place in Egypt also contributes to that. The loss shouldn't be surprising. We lost each quarter. Like I said, though, this match wasn't the most important for us so we are looking forward to our next opponent - Tunisia, who lost to Nigeria today. Our match next week won't make any difference at all because Tunisia are now out of the tournament but it doesn't mean we won't play to win.

Also, I would like to say that today, the owner of our backup centre, El Hadj Mendy, became bot, which means that the player is now on the transfer list. If somebody wants to save him and uses him for their team, his auction ends on Thursday morning.

You see things; and you say, "Why?" But I dream things that never were; and I say, "Why not?"

Today we played our last match of the first group phase. We lost to Tunisia by one point. Even though we lost, I think we played better, and you can see it in the boxscore ratings. We were unlucky and also the fact that our top centre was injured added to it. However, like I said last week, the loss doesn't make any difference at all, it won't carry forward and we will start the second group phase with 4 wins and 1 loss. Overall, I think we did a very good job in this first group phase. We beat 5 teams (including current champions Nigeria) and only lost to the hosts Egypt and to Tunisia in a match of no importance. We are looking forward to the second group phase where the only teams we won't face again are Tunisia and Morocco.

So today was our first match of the 2nd group phase. We played against the bottom team in the table - South Africa. Both teams were level pegging in the first quarter. But we showed what we were capable of in the 2nd quarter and again in the 3rd quarter when we extended our lead to almost 40 points. Our backups played during the whole 4th quarter and they didn't let our opponents catch up. In the end the final score was 114-77 and we are now looking forward to our next match against Algeria, currently 4th in the table.

Today we played against Algeria. It was a very tough match. We were trailing in the first 3 quarters. Fortunately we managed to take the 4th quarter 42-22 (20-point difference) and we won the match. Our long range shooting wasn't as good as I wanted it to be - we only scored 9 three-pointers. We managed to successfully stop Algeria's top players Staiti and Zemmal, and our zone defense also helped. So we continue to stay 2nd in the table and next week we'll face Nigeria. Looking forward to it.

So yesterday we faced our semifinal opponents - Nigeria. The match was of no importance at all. We are already guaranteed a semifinal spot, against Nigeria (after Algeria lost). The game started well for us, we won the 1st quarter. We lost the next 3 quarters, though, by a little. We had a couple of players who got into foul troubles so they couldn't stay on the field for most of the match. Anyway, we lost by 11 points, but like I said, it really doesn't matter. We will most likely finish 2nd, and will face Nigeria again in the semifinals.

Yesterday we faced Senegal. We are already guaranteed 2nd place in the overall standings and a match-up against Nigeria in the semis but we had to win that game to improve our ranking. And we did. We won each quarter except the last one, where the coach decided to let the backups play. We did an excellent rebounding performance - 64 against 27. Another thing that I should mention is the lack of fouls. 18 fouls in total is pretty good. Anyway, we controlled the match from the very beginning and eventually won it by 25 points. We'll finish 2nd in the overall standings which is great. Our next opponent is Egypt, hosts of the African Championship and it will be very difficult but we'll try to make the most of it.

Last night we played our final group match. We were already guaranteed 2nd place. Our opponents were Egypt, host nation of the African Championship. Of course, I knew they were strong favourites to win, just like they won every single match. And they did win it. The first half of the match was disastrous for us. We trailed 35 points at half time. There was no way we could catch up in the 2nd half, even though we tried. Anyway, we did finish 2nd which is equal best along with the previous championship where we also finished 2nd. We are now looking forward to our semifinal game against Nigeria on Friday. We beat them in the first group phase, they beat us in the second group phase, so it will be very interesting.
