Doesn't OD affect getting the ball in the paint?
That is correct.
Especially as lopsided as his was, I think it would affect LI as well.
Yes it would.

If your team's OD is sufficient, you will be able to disrupt the passing lanes more, create higher amounts of turnovers, slow down the other team's scoring, etc.

What would you suggest to expose a team with a great OD, not so great ID? Maybe inside Iso?

I'd try to field defense on the perimeter and my best offensive unit on the inside, and play to get my bigs the ball as much as possible. In D.V i'd think most teams aren't equiped to change their lineup to the same degree as a better team would, so crunch time might be useful if you see this sort of guy coming. Theres also something pretty glaring about this particular team in question, but to be fair to him i dont want to just throw it out there.

If you whole team has HA/DR/PA/IS with some RB, you should be able to run an effective LI or LP against them. Inside Iso can backfire if you don't have a dominant big. If your best inside scorer gets defended well constantly during the game, he will pass it back out and many threes will be taken.

Edit: It doesn't look like you have very *dominant* big, so I would just go with LI/LP or PTB, if your offense is balanced.
