I will copy/paste until I run out of ridiculously over priced copier ink and Elmers Non-toxic Glue Sticks (Non-scented, I find that the scent takes away from the glue itself, which is a quality product without the help of gimmicks)!!

Elmer's Glue Sticks? They are for adhering things effectively without the icky mess of liquid glue. The non-toxicity assures its safety among users of all ages, and its blue color is a fun addition to an overall splendid product. Although as I stated before, the scenting is unecessary. Elmers has no reason to make the same mistakes those low-lifes over at Crayola have.

On a serious note, to the serious candidates I have a question.

Everyone involved in the National team has begun to point out that the prospects we have coming up through the system right now are a little weaker than past years. Where has our program gone south in this regard and as U21 manager, what would you do to turn this trend around?

Hi. My full name is Adchester, but you can call me Adc. I know that a lot of you are going to vote for coco and that is fine. Your vote is your vote. Yo-......just kidding. How about we stop copy and pasting the same thing in every thread?

Edit: oops, that was meant for Mickey, not Coco. My bad

Everyone involved in the National team has begun to point out that the prospects we have coming up through the system right now are a little weaker than past years. Where has our program gone south in this regard and as U21 manager, what would you do to turn this trend around?

Partly this is a result of cross-training's effects now being felt with the new age classes coming up. We can't control that aspect, but neither can other countries' teams...so we've got a wash, there. 21 year old players, even if optimally trained, will be 10% weaker from now on.

My observation is that after having quite a few really excellent age classes in a row. we're seeing a slight lowering in the number of optimally trained prospects. I absolutely do not think our program has "gone south" with this. Like I said in the previous post, the offsite scouting is doing their important part of the job as well as possible...every worthy rookie and player 21 and under in the whole US is identified and their owner contacted within a week or two each season. For a specific action I'd like to revamp and freshen up the stickied onsite posts as coach and tout the benefits to lower division managers of training a U21 player. But all in all, the number of trained prospects will fluctuate and I have faith that the current scouting and outreach efforts are the way to go.

So my direct answer to you is this: I see the coach's job is far as prospects is to maintain contact with the scouts and owners as well as possible for directing training for the best possible U21 players. That is what I'll do as coach, as how well I do this is the most important thing I can do for encouraging quality prospects.
