I don't know what exactly you guys were talking about.... BUT I LIKE IT!
Although "grown ass" is just a figure of speech, on these forums, some managers like to take me literally when ever I use this term. So, to sum things up, when taken literally, a (grown) ass bear is another bear related species, or it can also be implied--a bear with an intruiging ass (big, maybe round? If you're into that type of thing). Other wise, figuratively speaking, it's just a fully grown bear--most likley enormous in size compared to other bears.
Now, the fact that you're intruiged by what was said on these forums implies a whole different meaning. It may be possible you need psychiatric help, imediantely! Especially if what you meant by "I LIKE IT" was referring to bear's asses, haha. ;)
