This is true. In the end it will come down imo to what the NT and new 21 NT manager feel will be engage the community more.

My main feelings is if everything becomes a federation based what happens to the managers that don't pay supporter as they enjoy the fact it's free and don't have to pay to enjoy. Though I get the point that its hard for a lot of managers having to sign up for a site that's offsite and not on buzzerbeater website. A great fix would be another forum that the BB's implement that teams just from that nation can see that we have access and can be used for national and u21 teams.

But I doubt either of those will happen.

I agree and it has been my position for some time and suggested it on the suggestions forum sometime ago. Will think its worth doing so again.
Both the NT and 21 NT side should have a sub forum run like a federation that only approved coaches from that country and join. This would be the best way to deal with it. But as you said it is not likely to happen and even if it did it would not be up and running quickly.
