I think for future farm NT teams first few season of Utopia league will be very competitive as goals will be:
- reach Div I as quick as possible
- build infrastructure (arena) big enough for Div I as quick as possible
As this goals are fullfilled you can start help your NT is very effective way I think much more earlier than in 15 seasons.
Especially training of young hall of famer should be possible much earlier and buying 30-yo NT player with 150k+ wage as well.

There wouldn't be any exception as far as i know and this includes also me

Other thing, always to be considered in "Egalitè" word.

What about the "random choices roster" I think every human team needs to have the same roster, so no difference in "luck/unlucky" at the start
(a 18yo Legend in a team against a 18yo all star at the start.... everyone will be funny^^)

I'm very upset with the fact that there will be utopian nationality. Really kills the realism of the game.

Yes, that's right.

-Skin and hair color are not well distributed, but it's not a massive problem. They still resemble human players. They could fix it, based on official records, but it's not a big deal.
-Strength of national teams is definitely not a problem, furthermore, I like it. It's basically an alternate universe in which managers themselves contribute to their national teams.

Utopia nationality is a big problem because it directly interferes with ordinary BB users. For the sake of realism, I don't want an imaginary nation existing on Earth. I can have French or Chinese players on my team, that's realistic. But having an "Utopian" player? Where is he born? What's his native language? Esperanto?
