Must admit Im a bit surprised at the amount of Managers who have voted that "reducing the effect of game shape training", should be the number 1 priority.

I personally dont have much of an issue with it even though I hardly ever use it as instead I stick to training actual skills.

Interesting

I voted for that, honestly I think GS training as it is, is "destroying" the most enjoyable part of the game (for me of course), which is the training…

I don't think it should be completely removed from the training options though, but I think if we reduce the amount of times you can use it during the season, for like 4 times during regular season plus 1 if you reach the playoffs/playouts, it would be better for the game!!

I have to also admit that I am surprised by this fact, I think it's really hard on the actual system to be competitive in top leagues (B3 + Australia top league) and still manage not to train game shape!!! I hope you are not alone in doing it, but I'm quite surprised (in the positive way) (y)

Thanks I will take this as a compliment.

Like yourself I find training the most enjoyable part and its fair to say that the trainees who I have been training & continue to train are major factors in my recent success although that said I certainly got brought down to earth in the round of 32 in B3 last season

I wish I had of put, "evening out the relative strength of game tactics" as an option.

Would have been interesting to see how that would have polled.

Yes, it was a compliment :)

I 'm almost certain that you can achieve success by training only skills (and not game shape), but I'm also almost certain that you can't achieve the same type of success in top leagues or in B3 (and you can take your case as a example). It's impossible because you have to fight against the teams that use GS, and I'm not criticizing them, if I was in a top league I would probably do the same...

But you can be really competitive in lower leagues where almost everybody trains skills, and that's what I am trying to do :)

Well my 40 game winning streak in Australia just come to an end but I won 2 1st Division championships and a Cup in that time.

I must admit that training is not as "beneficial" as it has been in the past as my trainees are now 26 & 27 years old and as a result aint popping anywhere near as much as they used to.

That said I feel obligated to push my trainees to their limits with Ryder currently being on 119 TSP and Williams on 122 TSP

The 3rd SF trainee Palmeri, I had I sold last season to help fund my assault on B3, so what I may have lost by not game shape training I would have thought I more than compensated for by being able to run at a large loss thanks to the 2.9 mill I sold Palmeri for

Voted for the app so they can make some money. I wouldn't even use it.

For 2nd place autobid (if we could vote for a 2nd priority).

IMO the app should be free so that it is more readily taken up by potential users.

Im not against the introduction of an autobid

And is really impressive for someone to win that many games in a row in a a top league as the ABBL is, but you also have to look now for the B3, and if you want to make a go for the title, it's almost impossible to maintain a good GS throughout the campaign without training GS and of course, competing with teams that use that training!!

They must be really well rounded as they have low salary, I would like that my trainees could reach that level too XD

The other players use day trading to help fund their teams, but now with the new rules it might not be as effective as it was...

Autobids are something easy to implement and they will partly correct the inefficiencies of the TL caused by lack of managers. Maybe not the top priority, but something that should be on the list.
