Well, after spending about 15 seasons in div III.3 I am finally going to promote!
I'm very excited to join div II. The first 8 or so seasons I really didn't do anything to help me in this game, I just bought good 28+ yo's without thinkning about sustained success, such as building up my arena etc.

Finally I'm ready to promote. I have no idea how I'll go next season!

You should be able to stay up with your current roster, so that's a plus.
